To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties, all WEXOOS meetings must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system. Once confirmed, participants are expected to attend on time and come prepared. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the session or a rescheduling fee, at WEXOOS’ discretion. In the event of a no-show, the meeting may be considered completed without refund or credit. We appreciate your respect for our time and commitment, and we strive to offer the same professionalism in return.
