At WEXOOS®, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer WEXOOS® GoPay® shipping order protection plan, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase. If you choose to protect your order and are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 3 days for an exchange or refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, and note that return shipping are your responsibility. We will process your refund promptly once your WEXOOS® GoPay® claim is approved.

Liability Disclaimer & Seller Responsibility Policy
1. Seller and Advertiser Responsibility
All sales, offers, and transactions conducted through WEXOOS®,COMPREMOS®, TUS SERVICIOS®, GRUPO GOZUGA S.A.S., and any affiliated portals or integrated websites are the sole responsibility of the seller or advertiser.
Each seller or advertiser is required to establish and manage their own policies regarding warranties, returns, and exchanges. These policies must be made available to buyers and accepted by them prior to completing any transaction.
WEXOOS®, COMPREMOS®, TUS SERVICIOS®, and GRUPO GOZUGA S.A.S. shall not be held directly or indirectly liable for any such transactions.
2. Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products
In cases where a product presents manufacturing defects, damages, or quality issues, WEXOOS® - COMPREMOS® and the integrated portals allow buyers a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it directly to the seller or advertiser.
The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping and return costs when sending the item back to the seller or advertiser.
3. Complaint and Mediation Procedure
If a dispute arises, buyers may request the mediation of WEXOOS® -COMPREMOS® by submitting a written complaint including:

A clear description of the problem.

Supporting evidence (such as photographs, invoices, or shipping guides).

Proof of return of the product to the seller or advertiser.
COMPREMOS® will act strictly as a neutral mediator between the buyer and the seller/advertiser in an effort to facilitate an amicable resolution.
4. Package Protection Plan
WEXOOS®, COMPREMOS®, TUS SERVICIOS®, and GRUPO GOZUGA S.A.S. provide buyers with the optional Package Protection Plan, which may be purchased at the buyer’s sole discretion.

This plan is designed to offer limited coverage in the event of:

Loss of items during customs processes.

Logistic incidents during shipping and transportation.

Damage caused in the course of delivery.
Coverage under this plan extends up to 75% of the declared value of the shipment and insured item(s).
Claims under this plan must be submitted formally, and will be subject to verification and investigation before any reimbursement is issued.
5. Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless
By using WEXOOS®, COMPREMOS®, TUS SERVICIOS®, GRUPO GOZUGA S.A.S., or any of their integrated online portals, platforms, or services, all users, sellers, and advertisers agree to hold harmless and fully waive any claims of liability against these entities.
Specifically, WEXOOS®, COMPREMOS®, TUS SERVICIOS®, and GRUPO GOZUGA S.A.S. shall not be responsible for:

The economic value of transactions.

The success, failure, or outcome of returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any loss, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from sellers, advertisers, or buyers operating on our platforms.
All obligations regarding refunds, returns, or exchanges remain exclusively with the seller or advertiser responsible for the original transaction.
